Shoreview, Jordansberg in Detail

So I realized that I didn't go too much in detail into what Shoreview, Jordansberg is. You guys know pretty much only the small description that I have underneath my name on my page and I repeated that in my very first post. So I decided to give you guys a little more information. Shoreview, Jordansberg is evolving in my mind each and everyday so I will tell you what I have come up with for now.
Jordansberg is a busy city, something like New York City, except more business like, that is a little ways away from California. By bridge 10 minutes away is Shoreview, which is like a smaller city than Jordansberg. Shoreview is apart of Jordansberg, but outside of it. Shoreview is divided into 3 sections. I could never come up with a name for any of these sections so they just go 1,2, and 3. Once you get off the bridge and enter Shoreview you're now in Section 1. Even though Section 1 is not the only section that is near the water, it does have a very popular and much mentioned beach that everyone goes to. Some would say that Shoreview is an island since it is surrounded by water on all sides. So Section one is your urban, "ghetto", area. Mostly blacks and Latinos live here. It's a rough area and violent stories likely occur here. Going south you will enter Section 2. Section 2 is a little hard to describe. It's basically a haunted section. A lot of your ghost and paranormal activity stories take place here. The weather in this section is also always cloudy and/or rainy and stormy. I don't often write stories that take place here which leaves this section a mystery. Going more south you reach the end and Section 3. Section 3 is predominately white. Farther south is the richest section of Section 3. A lot of the people here are also racist and prejudice, though black people do manage to live in this section as well. This section is mostly where the drama is. Uppity people live here but you do have the middle class living here as well, and there hardly is or is no low class citizens.
That is all the details I can come up with. To give you guys a better understanding I would just have to keep coming with the short stories.

A Short Trip

As the buzzer was going off the noise coming from everywhere in the gymnasium could be heard over it. The crowd cheering and yelling, the female's step team coming onto the floor after the basketball players cleared it, and even the gossip coming out of Tiana's mouth. I bet she's still talking about me. She's had the biggest crush on me since this past year and since I won't give her any play, she runs her mouth. 'Derek is sleeping with Mrs. Ambers to get a good grade', she'd say. 'Derek has a baby mama in the next town, that's why he doesn't date any of the girls here.' She'll go on and I always have to shut her down. I glanced down the bleachers to my right. She's there and staring at me. I roll my eyes in my mind and just look away slowly. My boy plays for our high school basketball team. Our uniforms are red. I catch sight of Shan in the number 3. Three was his favorite number just because. It's a coincidence ...

The Point

HOT TOPIC Another metal song came on from the speakers above me. I look up at them. My eyes travel down and straight ahead to a figure that was approaching me. Ginger. She was coming at me with her mascara running down her cheeks, her head down, crying and wiping at her black tears. Her yellow, blond hair flew behind her from side to side. In her sleeveless, not-covering-her-stomach, David Bowie from The Hunger t-shirt and torn black skinny jeans and combat boots, she strides towards me with powerful steps. She was highly upset. Shit. What now? She bumps her arm against mines and turns to face me. "She's a bitch," she exhales. "Tangy?" I take a wild guess. "Yeah, I caught her with some chick. They looked like they were on a date." I believed that Ginger was on the sensitive side. Tangy was always cheating on her. "Maybe she was with a cousin," I say as I eye the bracelets on the bracelet rack. "No, they were holding hands." ...

The Social Circle

So, I was going through some things in my closet and I found a photo of my whole graduation class. This made me go back and look through my yearbook at my past classmates. When I was in middle school there were these "popular white girls" that I and a few of my friends called "preps". They were the girls that were white, popular, looked rich, and wore Aeropostale and what not. So as I was looking at the photo I noticed the "popular girls", they were all wearing white in the photo and they stood out. I counted them. There were like 30-ish of them. This gave me an inspiration to write a fictional story about 30 white and Italian, there are a bunch of Italians in my area, girls. I had fun with creating names, looks, and personalities for these characters (which I always like to do). I didn't know whether I was going to stick it out and continue writing it (I always abandon most of my stories, like "Distractions", check older post about this stor...
